Return and Refund Policy
Introduction
This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through the Margiotta Vini website. Margiotta Vini, hereinafter referred to as “the Seller,” establishes this Policy to ensure customer satisfaction while respecting the conditions detailed herein.
Article 1: Returnable Items
1.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of goods (wine, sparkling wine, liquors, etc.) within fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt, provided the merchandise remains intact, unopened, and retains its original label, capsule, and cork.
1.2 Wine tasting experiences, due to their personalized and exclusive nature, are non-returnable. However, guests are entitled to cancel the reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the booked experience. In this case, the guest will receive a full refund on the credit card used for the original booking. Similarly, guests may modify their reservation details (change of experience, date, number of participants, etc.) up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. The modified reservation will be treated as a new reservation, subject to availability. If the modified reservation is unavailable, the guest will be notified and can either keep the original reservation or cancel it entirely, in which case they will be refunded the full cost of the experience. Article 2: Return Procedure
2.1 To exercise the right to return goods, the Customer must send a formal notification to info@margiottavini.it, including the order number, description of the items to be returned, and reason for the return.
2.2 Further instructions regarding the return procedure will be provided by the Seller upon receipt of the Customer's return request.
Article 3: Refund
3.1 Upon receiving the returned merchandise and verifying its intact condition as specified above, the refund will be either approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, not exceeding fourteen (14) business days.
3.2 For wine tasting experiences, guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time, with a full refund on the credit card used for the original booking. Additionally, guests may modify reservation details up to 48 hours prior to the experience. The modified reservation will be treated as a new reservation and is subject to availability. If the modified reservation is unavailable, the guest will be informed and may either keep the original reservation or cancel it entirely, with a full refund in that case. Article 4: Return Shipping Costs
4.1 The direct costs of returning goods will be borne by the Customer. Initial shipping costs for the order are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Article 5: Final Provisions
5.1 This Policy is governed by and interpreted according to the laws applicable in the Seller's jurisdiction, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws.
