These general terms and conditions of sale govern the purchase of products made remotely and made available via the internet on the website <margiottavini.it>. These clauses constitute the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which regulate the purchase of products offered by Azienda Agricola Margiotta Carlo Mario and sold remotely through the website <margiottavini.it>. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale must be carefully reviewed by buyers before completing the online procedure, at which time they are deemed accepted. Azienda Agricola Margiotta Carlo Mario reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Buyer: the individual identified by the information entered at the time of registration or initial purchase.
The Buyer must have the legal capacity to contract. Minors must use a parent or legal guardian to place orders. Azienda Agricola Margiotta Carlo Mario disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy or truthfulness of the data entered by the user.
**3 - CONTRACT FORMATION AND ORDER PLACEMENT**
- **Prices:** The prices of products offered by Azienda Agricola Margiotta Carlo Mario are indicated in euros. Azienda Agricola Margiotta Carlo Mario may change the sale prices at any time based on price list changes provided by distributors. Such changes will be clearly communicated to buyers. Product prices include VAT. Any VAT changes will be promptly communicated via the website. Shipping costs apply.

**5 - SHIPPING**
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination of the goods (e.g., shipping within Italy €15). Azienda Agricola Margiotta Carlo Mario will use an Express Courier for shipping.
**6 - PRODUCT DELIVERY**
The ordered products will be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer in the purchase order, only after payment has been completed. Delivery of the products will normally occur within 2-3 (three) working days, depending on the courier's needs. Delivery times begin from the date of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary due to force majeure, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, or other factors beyond Azienda Agricola Margiotta Carlo Mario’s control.
**7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL**
In compliance with Article 64 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has the right to withdraw, without notice and without reason, from the contract within 14 working days from its completion. Should the Buyer exercise the right of withdrawal, they must return the received products, which must be returned intact in their original packaging, including any wrapping. All expenses for exercising the right of withdrawal will be borne by the Buyer, as well as the responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to the returned products.
Wine tasting experiences, due to their personalized and exclusive nature, are non-returnable. However, guests are entitled to cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

**8 - APPLICABLE LAW**
The purchase contract between Azienda Agricola Margiotta Carlo Mario and the Buyer is deemed concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Judicial Authority.
