**SHIPPING COSTS**
The shipping costs indicated below are valid only for the delivery of products within Italy. For international shipments, the costs vary depending on the destination and are communicated directly to the Customer at the time of purchase.
For orders within Italy, shipping costs are €15.00.
**DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES**
Unless otherwise agreed, the Products will be delivered to the billing address provided in the Order Form.
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your Products within 7 days from the date of Order Confirmation.
If we are unable to deliver within thirty days from the date of Order Confirmation, you may cancel the Order. Ownership and risk of the Products transfer to you upon delivery.
**Express Courier - DELIVERIES WITHIN ITALY**
Delivery of all our products within Italy is handled by an express courier.
Shipments typically occur within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment. Delivery may vary due to force majeure, traffic conditions, general road accessibility, or actions by the Authorities.
**Delivery Days:** Monday to Friday (from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). No prior phone notification is provided.
If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will leave a card (delivery notice) with instructions for a second delivery attempt.
The package will remain in the courier’s warehouse for 5 days. After this period, the package will be returned to our storage facilities automatically.
**Note:** Along with the complete address, the recipient’s phone number (if provided during registration) will also be given to the courier to facilitate communication in case of logistical issues.
At the time of delivery, the buyer must check the integrity of the packages (ensuring they are fully sealed, undamaged, dry, and not tampered with or damaged in any way). Do not accept the package if it is not intact or appears damaged. Any disputes should be immediately raised with the courier and then reported to our company via email (info@margiottavini.it, postmaster@margiottavini.it).
Azienda Agricola Margiotta Carlo Mario is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier. Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to a refund under any circumstances.
If the courier loses the goods, the buyer has the right to receive the same or a similar product to the one ordered, within the time necessary for our company to process the claim.
